For clients who require additional support due to fall risk or nighttime anxiety, we can offer one-to-one overnight support. All support is tailored to meet the unique care needs of each individual.
Before commencing support, we will conduct an initial assessment with the client, their advocate if necessary and family member to understand the client’s specific needs. This assessment informs a personalised care plan, ensuring the most suitable support is provided.
