At Grit Care, our Supported Housing with Care and Support will offer individuals a choice of private housing, paired with personalised support designed around individual needs.
Our approach will be centred on person focus care helping individuals maintain their tenancies, identify personal strengths and goals through the recovery model, build self-esteem and confidence and connect with their local community such as shops, clubs, groups and cinemas.
We will offer a variety of accommodation options, including individual flats and shared community-based homes for those with similar care support needs. We will ensure that individuals in shared accommodations have the freedom to choose both where they live and who they live with. Each accommodation will be fully equipped with essential amenities to ensure comfort and convenience.
